Ideal hotel, the staff were all outstandingly accommodating and absolutely kind and the location was stunning on the map up to where the taxi can drive. Location: the property was really close to spa around, the local attractions, and the central market area. Ate at Kokoro Restaurant, it's at a moderate distance from the venue.

The place was fairly clean with an immensely pleasant and accommodating staff from service. The location was fab as for me, next to the famous Night market.

The location is great, a 10-15 minute walking distance from Hoi an Ancient Town. The bus stop is 5 minutes' walk away. The hotel rooms are silent and huge with a great view, luxurious feel, comfortable bed.

I had a wonderful stay at Royal Riverside Hoi An Hotel. The spacious and immaculately clean room made me feel right at home. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious choices to start the day. I especially loved the fact that I could borrow a bicycle to explore the Old Town. The pool and spa were perfect for relaxation after a day of sightseeing. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Hoi An.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always addressing us by name. The room was spacious, modern, and clean, with a beautiful view of the river. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a clean pool and free bicycles for exploring the nearby old-town area of Hoi An. The location was also great, very close to the city center and within easy reach of transportation options for visiting attractions like the golden bridge or the airport. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of western-style options to choose from.

The restaurant was lovely for breakfast, we ordered delicious dishes. The bed was very clean, the pool area was clean. The location nearby a bus station was relatively quiet. A night market and an old market were right next door:)))

Huge and spotless room and large bathroom with a bathtub and a separate shower. A LOVELY view of the mountain. Marvellous location close to the centre of the old town of Hoi A which is mostly a pedestrian area anyway and all the nice places to be visited in Hoi A, and excellent service.

my room was huge and spotless, with a cable television, free wi-fi, and a kettle. they provided a delicious and amazing breakfast with western options, asian meals and asian food. this accommodation was in the central location near the beach.

Luxury and modern hotel with thoughtful staff at reception desk like Chau and Tham. The restaurant was good for breakfast here, I had tasty dishes. The location was incredible, a 10-15 minute walking distance from Japanese Covered Bridge. There were a central market and a bakery around the property.

my favorite place in hoi an, exceeded expectations in every way. amazing rooms, dream breakfast, and helpful staff. perfect location - higher floors have the best corner rooms. a true home away from home.

Disappointing breakfast, not great coffee.

Perfectly clean venue with plentiful and extensive breakfasts and river views. Good sized rooms with a hair dryer and a kettle, very big beds. Amazing and fantastic setting in the downtown area, adjacent to the Royal Riverside Hotel, which is well located for Hoi An Old Town as well as all the major attractions and restaurants/bars. Outstanding meal at lobby restaurant.

The hotel is ideally located by the riverside, just a short 5-minute walk from the bustling center of town. The view is breathtaking, with fantastic views of the river right from the room. The rooms are modern and clean, ensuring a comfortable and peaceful stay. The staff is welcoming and friendly, going above and beyond to make guests feel at home. The breakfast offers a wide variety of choices, including fresh fruit and a live cooking station.

The housekeeping could be more attentive to their cleaning routines.
